Do as jeff3 says T. It will only take a short time to get it off. The time it would take to make and drink a brew. The longer you leave it the longer the wait for it to drop on the mat.

I knew the rats had more then they perceived us to belief they have on us jeff3. Every time they say that they do not hold information over a certain amount of time. They spill more bull shit than you would find in a field full of Bulls.

I'll get round to it very soon, I'm having severe PC problems thanks to MS updates and the files I need are on that PC not this one.
My head is all over the shop because of back pain :-(( ;-(
House is upside down due to massive bipolar shopping spree lol

I need to be sure I SAR all that I need thanks to DWP not communicating as they should.
Complaint is written out but needs tweaking before I send it to my MP.

I'll get there no fear of that, I'm curious as to whats been added to my case files and what HCP wrote and who she is.

I need to know Jeff because I can't find the name she gave on any register and she didn't look old enough (20-23) to be highly trained and experienced.
I'm doing the SAR e-mail now :oyes:

I know the feeling T. Back pain is such a pain in the backside at the best of times. Times I can not sleep myself with this constant pain that lingers around 24/7. A bottle of whisky helps though, Have to be careful though, especially with the gabapentins, but that's not as often as what the HCP stated in his report, saying I drink every day. ;-) Crikey I can't afford to do that.

I've not hoovered for a month but the room is probably not as bad as yours, the dishes are piling up though lol trying to stand over the sink causes a considerable amount of pain and gets so unbearable.

It would be great if only the DWP would allow us to see all the notes added to our files over the years. Why do they lie all the efing time.

Makes my blood boil.

Good to see your doing that SAR ;-)

You really should give that CBD a blast SB, I'm using it via a vape pen and it's took a lot of the other aches and pains away, especially the back muscle pains (sciatica remains though ;-( )
My hips feel like they've been crushed and I'm struggling to sit up for long.
The floors here are clean SB lol got big holes in the plaster though which are being done next week, biggest mess is all the new stuff piled up in 3 rooms now  I went mad but thankfully I bought sensible stuff that we need (as opposed to last time when I went on one and bought 3 BMW's)
I'm on tramadol, gaberpentin makes me suicidal.

My settee is full of clean laundry I can't be arsed to fold and put it away I'm such a lazy git, But I blame my condition for that. At least there is space to fall over if need be. Ha ha ha.

If you have no use for 3 BMW's maybe you could let me have one. ;-)
