yep it came to light dwp doesn't want you to use this but phone instead oh dear then they haven't a record of your phone call would be next, use this for MR

They released the MR form last week Jeff and yes they would probably prefer to deny you ever called but it's more likely that they don't want you to call because they don't want us recording them telling us porkies.
They can and most likely will lose the form just like every other document they say they've conveniently lost, which somehow makes an appearance when you SAR your file.

With the official document it's more difficult to deny receipt as it gets scanned in but will it stop them phoning us out of the blue with trick questions?
Questions which no matter how you answer they somehow twist into something you never actually said.
They're getting tied up in their own red tape and strangling themselves in the process.
