just went for my2yr sight look up well I sat the woman whistled on about this and that but after it I was told no glasses needed so off I went bugger the following day I was out then it came to me the woman who was doing the test was reading off her screen about my medical notes well being miffed about this has I has signed that bit no give medical notes to no one other than nhs hmmm give my mp a email but waiting now to see whot nhs sais about this selling passing on ones medical notes to a bissness

I went to a new Opticians last week and they asked me about medication and some medical conditions but not all, they didn't know - I told them.
So I would suggest you told her your conditions in the past but can't recall doing so.

no t she brought my medical history up from the nhs
